What are the requirements of the M - Mercosur Visa?

General requirements:

Digital photograph of the applicant, document size, preferably taken in a studio (white background, 3x4 cm).

Copy of the main passport page.

Copy of the last Colombian visa (only if applicable

If located in a country other than the country of residence, provide a document proving migratory regularity in that country (for foreigners who do not require a visa to enter Colombia).

Specific requirements:

Visa Resident Temporary Application Letter under the Agreement on Residency for Nationals of Mercosur Member and Associated States, explaining the activity to be carried out in Colombia and the means of subsistence available for the stay.

Passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months.

Judicial, criminal, or police record certificate issued by the authority of the country where the applicant has resided for the last three (3) years, complying with the apostille or legalization and translation requirements established in Article 21 of this Resolution.
