The Temporary Services Colombian visa type applies for those who need to provide some kind of specialized technical assistance in a determined area of expertise in Colombia.
The work contracts issued must be short-term provided by a natural or legal person domiciled in Colombia and you will be required to present the contract from the employer, a letter explaining the activities to carry out, his/her/it’s bank statements proving cash flow from the 6 months prior to your visa application and the legal documents of the company or institution in which you will provide the services.
What are the requirements to apply for the Colombian
V - Temporary Services Provider Visa?
Document size digital picture of the applicant on a photography shop (3×4 Cm White background).
Copy of your passport’s main page.
Copy of the last entry, exit or safe-conduct stamp (It depends on the location of the foreigner).
A Copy of the last Colombian visa (if applicable).
Summary form of the contract for the provision of services, work, or labor, as established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically stating the start and end date of the contract.
Motivation letter from the employer, specifically stating the suitability for the work to be performed, the training for this occupation and the reasons why a Colombian citizen is not hired for such activity.
Copy of the apostilled and translated professional degree or labor and experience certifications that specifically support suitability.
Bank certifications in the name of the employer for the last six (6) months, showing an average monthly income of one hundred (100) Minimum Legal Monthly Wages in Force (SMMLV).
Health policy with coverage in the national territory against all risks for your stay in the country.
Others requested at the time of acceptance.
