Probably the toughest part for many, is to trust the process and have patience. Personally, it was more of a headache to get my documents apostilled in New Jersey, but everything else in Colombia went smoothly. I mainly worked with Sara throughout the process and she was always attentive, explained what we needed clearly, guided us through the process, and was always willing to answer our questions, even if I did repeat myself a few times. Michele also worked with us closely at the Notary office an ensured there were no issues, and always made us feel comfortable. We did use the translator they worked with, and I think using Robinson was the best choice as he spoke English as if it was his first language. Not everything was perfect, but if there was a con, I think I would have done better asking all the costs from the Notary office. For those pursuing this process, I recommend to always clearly ask for all pricing information, so there are no surprises.
